Broker's Building Bridges "Where is the grant money to assist families with closing on a property?

The Micro Market Recovery Program Team would like to invite you to attend an exclusive meeting hosted by the City of Chicago's Department of Planning and Development (Housing Bureau) and the Garfield Park Community Council to discuss opportunities for Broker’s to build inroads toward assisting Chicago's most challenged communities.

This meeting will provide you with information on the Micro Market Recovery Programs down payment assistance grant as well as additional programs offering financial assistance that can be layered to help families close the gap and realize their goals of home ownership. We plan to move forward with the creation of a marketing campaign to reach families in need of assistance and offer them the opportunity to purchase their own home while promoting community revitalization.
